Today is not His Birthday but a day that was chosen by Rome to be His birthday. Rome was all pagan at one time and celebrated the birth of Baal/Saturn on the 25th of Dec. To bring union between christians and pagans for Tax/ money reason they chose this date to be the birth of Messiah. He would have more likely been born around the time of when all the passover lambs were born in the spring 3 months before Passover.
