I believe that she hit these high notes easily, like she just did it without hesitating, when she did the rehearsals. And all the extensive expressions that we saw on TV was somehow fake, haha. Queen!

But according to this video and tons of rehearsal videos of her out there, she seemed to be absolutely relaxed when she did it. Just standing in the middle of the stage, opening her mouth and then... high notes with resonance.
