Most of the footage I've seen has shown a grey, bland landscape. Hopefully it has sections with a more vibrant color palette while still keeping the dark and gritty theme.

Looks flashy. Still not liking the combat - especially when enemies / the player are hit. It doesn't come with that "sound". That pounding sound. Hope they fix it. This is by far the most exciting souls-like yet to release, in my book

What is going on with the AI in this game? So many examples of enemies just standing there looking at you, or slowly walking in a small spot. One of the clips even shows two enemies kinda walking in to eachother.

It would be great a mechanic the higher the dexterity, the higher the accuracy of the spells the longer the range and the chance of a crit (without enough dex u'll miss the target most of the time) is that or enemies in pve can dodge projectiles

Nah. Magic need to improve visually. Combat? It debatable. Bet you cant weld ax and great sword as dual. From software are about the freedom of builds that is why the combat are simplicity in order to use different weapons on each hands. Two shields, two clubs and two torch.

Honestly it looks considerably better than ER as far as originality goes. Story may not be as deep but at least its actually adding some new mechanics to the genre unlike ERs mostly copying souls despite "not being dark souls". Great game but so many steps back like the ai, weapon/ability balance, armor choice, repetitive "ruins" and catacombs, wack gReAt rUne system etc.

As many others have said and agree: 1080p 60fps upscaled on PS5 is too low and unacceptable for next gen Consoles. Should be at least 1440p upwards DRS (1440-1800p) at 60 FPS. And 120 FPS Mode at 1080p+ on 120 Hz VRR TVs !
