The reason that I summoned the Tortured Prisoner is that when you complete her request and summon her for the fight, you unlock Queen's Head Hammer Special Ability.

not really. if you run fungal bowman dagger with 3 poison runes duel wielded, you can use poison weapon and melt the boss in 3 minutes in ng+ because poison scales with max health of the difficulty. The guy also wasting time with mana stones on umbral magic... when he could legit just be using pendent of atrophy and spamming spells infinity(he has equip eye of rosemund x2 or use eye of ellida(?) for 15% or 25% healing efficient in umbral). I love pieta sword graphics on weapon.. but they're too underpowered for NG+ to be relevant imo.
