In West Bengal police don't register FIR. This is why the cases are low. This is how Mamta shows WB as the safest state. She is a very clever & corrupt woman. She shows that she don't take CM's salary but her dear ex-education minister was arrested with Rs. 150cr. Her nephew Abhishek Banerjee is in radar of CBI & ED for coal & cow smuggling case.
