question: would survivors wraps be good for the tank? as it is hitting the shield so divinity is gained??

I go STR and CHA, but INT and CHA is more for DPS. don't waste you time on CON the extra HP you get isn't worth it at all... in fact abaility scores are barely worth the time as is.

Can any1 tell me for the heal pally what works best for giving overshield outgoing healing companions or Power Companions? Ty

outgoing healing > Power then use the crit action feat with divine touch, and the double temp hp on crit feat. rotation would look like "spam at wills, proc critical action, use divine touch for big heal and big temp HP bar". only use a heal outside of that rotation if your party is in trouble (or maybe lay on hands daily for the cacoon in LoMM)

What they can heal shouldn't matter to what you can tank half of hp is shield.I like the build tho.

Companions. At legendary there are several companions that give +10% outgoing healing when slotting into power/defense/utility slots

Pally's gotten hit with a pretty big dps nerf afaik so we're now unable to get the crazy dps we had before mod 16, however I believe a pally's attacks (encounters anyway) are magic so intelligence will boost your damage. For tanking go constitution for the hp

Why aren't you using negation is negation just bad in mod 16 if so why?

negation got nerfed pretty hard, you are going to be much better off with a armor enchant that gives you stamina like the eleven battle, especially for tank loadouts
