Have you seen the BOTW memories because in one of them it shows the aftermath of link fighting an army with multiple lynles in it and walking our with a scratch on his arm

@joshuamccormack9240 yes, but I don't remember the memory where he jumps on a bomb shield twice, swaps his weapon out multiple times mis-combat and breaking it against the lynel (he specifically only has the master sword and no shield or bow equipped in that cutscene)
