Why is it that some of them have horns sticking out of their heads? Trolls don't seem to have that, have they been inserted on purpose as some sort of decoration tribe thingy or did they gain a mutation thru the breeding which made them grow horns?

Moredain and tauredain are not lore wise they were made by the minecraft mod to cover the emptyness down south so What ppl think is its either a troll with a human or a troll with an orc

Maybe we will eventually! I will have to discuss that with the team. For now we are focussing on the existing factions and things that need to be expanded a bit in lore. :)

Not in the official world of J.R.R. Tolkien, no. But for in the Lord of the Rings Minecraft mod, we do consider most of it canon. Everything is open for speculation and interpretation, honestly.
