Really nice. Will you do Cerinrim and Limwaith too?

Eventually, yes! But that would probably be once they are added to the mod, and who knows when that is. ;)

Interesting how he said that the dangerous wildlife may be a main contributing factor, yet lions are neutral mobs. Sure there are crocodiles, but they can just avoid the rivers.

Why did you make it so that Hyarmendacil sent envoys to the Moredain, if the Moredain did kill them that would be a declaration of war, and we know that no enemy dared to contest Hyarmendacil's power in his reign combined with the fact that only Near Harad became vassal to Gondor.
@TheSmileBC7 жыл бұрын
Whenever a story is told, it is important to remember from which point of view it comes. Maybe Hyarmendacil did punish the Moredain greatly. But if the story is told by a northern Moredain, they would never admit to succumbing to the enemy. Or perhaps even tribes that joined Gondor at the oppertunity. That's the beauty about it all, even though records exist, the truth is written by the victor or the narrator. So yes, you might be right. But it does not have to be the truth for ALL cases.

The Lord of the Rings is written from a point of view of a Gondorian historian. As you said the victors write the history books.
@TheSmileBC7 жыл бұрын
+MrHobbit 1234 Yes, true! But as I said as introduction of this video. Some history is forgotten or lost. So if the 'source' of this information was Gondor, it would not have been forgotten. We are not obligated to work from a Gondorian point of view. So the phrasing is still plausible. Whether it is the truth... well some mystery or judgement must be left to the individual to imagine themselves.

The Gondorians, as far as we know did not venture into Far Harad under Hyarmendacil, while if Atanatar Alcarin was competent they might have, under Hyarmendacil they for sure did not.

Tauredain are next on the list! The Lore team has been super excited to do that.

The Tauredain are coming soon! What we've done so far is probably some of the best lore the Lost Chroniclers have yet written.

I use the Shader's mod core aswell as SUES v.10, but Mindofmike has a much better video on how to install shaders with Optifine than I could ever explain here! /watch?v=HivcG70Hlck
