Ready to feel older?? Until 2005, SAT scores reached up to 1600; from 2005-2016 it became 2400; and now it’s back to 1600. So essentially if someone took the SAT now, they’d be in relatively the same boat as someone from say 1980...

If " I " really think about it.. She was a bit selfish to have left her parents house with her baby and not get married and keep her daughter way from the family. She wanted to do and live the life She wanted just her and her daughter.

In real life, Lorelai would be a terrible mother and a person. But Lauren Graham is beautiful and how she talks makes Lorelai loveable.

@@frij6611 She wouldn't be a terrible mother because despite all of her mistakes she provided for her daughter, cared and loved her the best she could. She also wouldn't be a terrible person because, while she is pretty selfish, she is also hardworking and honest, and is shown to care deeply for her friends and family. In the end all Lorelai is is a deeply flawed human being. But then again.. who isn't? That's what makes her relatable. She's just another person trying to live the life she thinks is best for her.

She wasn’t being selfish at all. Her mother would constantly criticize her and gaslight her. She left because she was very unhappy and didn’t have a good relationship at all with her parents. She did it because she was taking care of herself and taking herself away from her was making her unhappy. I personally have dealt and still deal with a parent who guilts, judges, and gaslights me all the time. I have another house I live at bc my parents are divorced but I wish I didn’t have to be there. My mental health is bad because of it and everything I want to stay at my moms, they make me feel awful and guilt about it.
