I suggest you make Granola bars for morning breakfast/snacks; I found out that it helps for the morning breakfast and keeps me feeling full for long hours, and most importantly, it’s healthy. You can make a good amount and leave the rest in the refrigerator for later days. I also recommend that you do Q&A at the end of each volg to encourage the comments section.
