"Game Paused" mod exists because of the unfixable blackout upon entering a dungeon. During that blackout enemies can aggro and attack. Most people just press ` whenever they enter a new cell. It works better than "Game paused" mod anyways, more reliable

It's not only when entering a dungeon. Quick save and quick load are also victims of this problem

It's the save bloat issue. Some mods cause it a lot, like XMPPSE (Or something like that). By the time you're level 80 ish, quicksaves take over 2 minutes on an NVMe SSD. Making a new save in a brand new is instant. It's wild how no one managed a fix yet. It's a whole mess due to the save system.

Well, the author of Elysium Estate mod was bewildered why these mod authors don't "lock down" their newly placed items. I agree. Elysium Estate is a home just outside Whiterun and is my favorite home mod. All it's items are locked down so you never have to encounter the havok bug.

personally i do like my characters to be a little better looking than the vanilla potato faces, but i also hate the overly glossy, practically anime-style replacers/enhancers. I really like pretty much all of Tragedian's character overhauls (on Nexus). They make the NPCs look less ugly, a little more polished, but still blend in very well with skyrim's aesthetic. They look like more natural, real people you might see in a world like that, and still keep a bit of ruggedness as well. i highly recommend their mods :)

I had to build a script to fine the "download now" button so it will install them lol. My first few hours playing though have so been worth it, its like ElderScrolls 6: Skyrim but better, super mega edition haha

Better Third Person Selection has settings that disable stealing (unless in sneak mode). It's so you don't accidentally steal items when you're trying to talk to the in/shop keeper.

All aboard to a modded Skyrim showcase. I've been on the Skyrim modding route once, turns out i barely played the game and just kept getting more and more mods to it. Since I'm craving the need for a full Skyrim playthrough, i think it will be better to get something custom made by other creators and just hit the play button

dude I'm re specking out my mod build now that 640 is out and a good portion of the mods need updates. nearly 800 mods with over 1000 plugins outside of the CC content. I can't even finish your video because you said poking through your armor. check out Obody. It generates the armor mesh based on the character wearing it, and you can apply specific bodies to specific races and even a specific individual. Modding gets way more in depth than this as I'm sure you will learn because it's a rabbit hole

I've been playing it since it popped up and I have to say I'm liking it. It took me a bit to get used to some of the combat stuff, but overall a great mod pack. My only gripe is that he's using the Skyrim survival system with some enhancement mods. IMO if you're going to put survival in, put survival in. Frostfall, iNeeds or Last Seed, Campfire, or the like. Other than that, I love it. It may be taking the place of Living Skyrim for me. Maybe. I think I might keep both as long as I don't need all of that drive space. lol

I just started a new playthrough of Nolvus, yesterday, saw this and thought I'd check out how it looks. From what I'm seeing, I prefer Nolvus - this pack is just not to my taste. It does seem more challenging and I know many players find that more satisfying. It's good that there's more than 1 heavily modded option out there.

NGL, the weird... glossy... smooth, almost cartoonish faces really don't do it for me. Seems so jarring when compared to the hyper-realistic, ultra4k textures then to just see like a cartoon-network character pop in lol. All that said the modlist looks awesome.

Nice video! You did pretty good with it. The most painful you did was spending your gold at the Bannered Mare instead of just sleeping in the player home you started yourself in. Other than that this modpack looks pretty promising. I know a lot of the others tend to add a ton of trees and other aesthetics to the world which can be an fps issue for some people.

Best way to regenerate health in anything that has Wintersun Faiths, is worshipping Arkay. And with Apocolypse Magic you can combo that with putting Healing Light on Ocato's Recital for a very rapid regen every time you enter combat. Then you play as a werewolf, and with Growl get the +100% regen perk both in and out of wolf form, which puts the base regen number back to what it should have been if you weren't in Survival mode (also works on stamina which is super helpful). Finally, I don't know what standing stone mod is used in this, but basegame the Lady stone gives +50% regen, and if it uses Andromeda Standing Stones, then just go for Steed as near infinite stamina and move speed out of combat is rediculous.

You do have to download the presets separately, but even then it would show up empty at first until you press F9 to open the presets menu.

It’s a different experience from the og game. My main issue with it is that I can’t get the resolution to work right. I want to run it 2560X1440, but it tries to render in 5120x1440. I tried forcing it with nvidia and adjusted the .ini, but no joy so far. Still a cool new experience though.

The best method for health recovering for early game 29:45 to play as an Argonian, sleep for an hour at a time at night, go thru with the dream, get sum munchies, and get the recovery wolf perk, thr are also buget health pots u can ezly make that heal u for a lot, but only when out uv combat The is also Sunhelm i think its called in the Mcm , dat is the survival mod i believe is being used

My only problem with these packs is yes the massive download and space needed but also at the end of the day it's still Skyrim...but just looks better. The absolute biggest games you can get these days are around 150-180g and they are incredible...but for an additional 4-5 hundred gigs you get an updated old game! I almost pulled the trigger with Volvus V6 but would have to buy an expensive rig for a couple grand.......to play Skyrim. Glad you guys like it and the work is amazing but I would rather wait for Elder Scrolls 6 (if that ever happens)!!
