Without the magnetic cover, it looks incomplete. Had they put the logo on the base as well, then it would seem normal to me.

Heya :) Keyboards are very objective. It's like Harry Potter with the wand. The keyboard chooses the gamer. It's what feels best for you. Yes there are some specs that are better/worse. But no keyboard is going to make a difference to how well someone can play (unless you are a full on pro with massive sense for timings and sensitivity). Generally when someone chooses a brand they stick with that brand. My favourite keyboard (not brand) is the Huntsman analogue but that's like 4x the price. So my answer is yes and no. You have to try it :) but there was nothing that made me think this is a bad keyboard at all. I just thought it could be around 999

And found a place I can get it for 1099, so not a bad price... but since then I've zeroed in on a Cougar Keyboard that i am getting...

Not going to lie, I actually like the idea of a removable faceplate. Makes cleaning the keyboard much easier.
