Mr. Archibald's voice has been the most annoying part of this case. Not in terms of anything about the case, really, just the listening part. He's obnoxious. He knows there is plenty of evidence for the Judge to go ahead and send the case to jury.

Not sexist. They legally CAN'T offer the DP for her crimes because she has proven to be mentally unstable. Since the state she is being charged in does not have an NGI plea, they can give her life without parole, but not death. I agree that she should get the DP for her crimes but gender has nothing to do with why Chaday get DP and not Lori. According to the facts, Chad has never had a mental health or mental stability issue, and there is a much stronger case/more physical evidence against Chad. Most of the evidence against Lori is circumstantial.

Part of me really wishes that they had televised this, so that we could see any evidence provided during this case. But all in all, This is one of the most respectful, well-run cases I have seen. All eyes are on these cases and others need to take notice as to how these cases are handled for future reference! Very professional conduct had by all, Job well done! 👏👏👏 However I don't think defense should have waited till the end of the case to ask for changes to be made. Now we pray that just will prevail for this nut case!

The only thing I wish was shown on video would be the reactions of her and her defense council. Otherwise, I’m glad the victims that testified didn’t have to also endure the suffering of being broadcast while reliving such horrible moments. We got her, now it’s time to convict Chad!!

I wish she took the stand and the State got to have their chance to open up her lies to HER! Taking the death penalty off the table was an injustice. Enough is enough...if she gets "Insanity" I will be so sad for JJ and Taylee as well as all the victims here. She was in sound of mind to marry, to start a new life, to make calls re: life insurance, etc....May all the victims here RIP!
