It is a piaggio ape an italian 3 wheel vehicle made moslty in 50cc but some versions like the apecare have a bigger engine 👍🏻

Very good driving, and the vehicle is much more stable than I expected. But, it seems like the top speed is not very high. Sounds like it is at the limit as soon as it comes out of the corner. Perhaps could use a different gear ratio or a taller rear tire.

The original Ape was designed to share most of its parts with the Vespa so all the older ones basically have the exact same controls as the Vespa in the cabin. No idea on this particular beast though!
