About the boots, they are used by military, law enforcement etc. my husband is a retired police officer and had some tan boots for training, and the black version for actual work. They can be quite expensive. Some brands like Danner retail over $200. 5.11 tactical, bates, and Solomon are also good brands in tactical boots.

Lucky brand mens jeans have done pretty well for me I can often get 35-45 for their jeans I think it’s because allot of people similar to me just know their size and the fits with the brand so it’s always well worth the pickup!

Lori I have a Bates White bedspread that I picked up when I did an estate in maryland. I used oxy on it and brought it back to its natural pure white color. It's been on the bed for 20 years. When I got it it was almost orange because they smoked so much in the estate. Anything made in America is made to last and the history. Thank you for sharing such great finds. love the black handbag. . I keep a small one in the back of my car and throw a card or cash into it. So much easier than dealing with a bag it's banging into stuff. Thank you always entertaining

Amazing haul, Lori! Lulu looks so cute in her rain jacket! Try the Oscar De La Renta blazer at TRR if it sits for awhile. They priced one of mine at $225. That blazer looks amazing on you, you should totally wear it out a few times before it sells! The J.Jill dress is super trendy and could totally be worn with Dr. Martens Blaire Sandals. Yep. Those tan boots are basic issue boots for the Army. And they suck (to wear) lol but depending on the brand and condition, they can sell. They’re pretty heavy though. The army often reissues things like that that people who have been in for a while won’t wear. They typically buy their own that are more comfortable. (Ask me how I know lol)

Love your videos and learning about different brands. I am confused about the mystery boxes. Are they intended for resellers or individual use? If individual do you curate specific sizes?
@LorisBostonFound2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thanks so much. The way I promote my boxes is that they are not really meant for resale, however I don't sell them by sizes....which I know sounds weird. I think most of the people who purchase my mystery boxes probably are resellers, I just would NEVER want to disappoint anyone with what they did or didn't get in their mystery box so I always give a disclaimer that they aren't meant to be reseller boxes. Most of the stuff should sell between $15 and $25, but I can't guarantee anything. If people would like certain sizes they'll usually ask and I will do the best I can to include the requested sizes. Great question!

perhaps this merchandise is for those people who cannot afford to shop the retail stores. a poor person would love a nice good looking jacket as well. this is sad the merchandise geared toward persons of need is being gobbled up by resellers making a profit.

This is a common misconception and I appreciate your perspective. I would encourage you to do your research and check out any of the hundreds of articles addressing textile waste in our country and on a global scale. Here is one: calpirg.org/blogs/blog/cap/fashion-industry-waste-drastically-contributing-climate-change Approximately 85% of all textiles end up in landfills or burned. Resellers are doing great things for the earth. There are plenty of clothes to be "gobbled up" by anyone interested in shopping second hand. I do not come from a scarcity mindset. There is certainly enough for everyone. Thanks for watching.
