I am so happy for Sarah. I recall when I first saw her talking about this, my heart went out to her. Now? I find myself joining in the battle against cancer. We were sent the offer of a chest scan, both myself and my husband thought, why not. That is when they discovered a growth on my right lower lung lobe. Many visits to the QA Hispital for many scans, biopsies, testing everything. Now I am awaiting a dat for the operation to cut away half the right lung. I have kept upbeat, caught early. It is in one node also that will be taken away, the others taken sample of during the op and tested straight away so as to act if needed. Sarah, I am truly so pleased you dealt with it like the true warrior you are! 💗💗💗💗

A gruelling process for all involved and to get to the end of the tunnel seems impossible and a long way off Sarah has proved you can get there through all the bad days. Such good news. I had breast cancer 1996: diagnosed after my daughter was born. I could only have one child which was hard. I had six months chemotherapy & six weeks radiotherapy. Mastectomy rebuild. Tamoxifen all at the age of 35 years old! I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Utterly chuffed Sarah has beat it. 🎉❤
