Los Angeles Clippers Serge Ibaka *Balance* and Post up NBA Workout

Toronto Raptors Serge Ibaka Works on several balance shooting drills to help with his shots when defenders are guarding him on the perimeter and post. Each drill has a build up from difficulty to different moves he would use. At the end we go into the actual shots being used in the post.
