The amount of hate as well as the lack of empathy I’ve seen online is incredibly disheartening especially to those of us who lost our family homes. All the comments about the Palisades and why should anyone feel bad for rich people? It’s disgusting. Our family home was built in 1929, my grandfather purchased the home in 1980. It was everything he worked hard for and continues to work for to this day. Our family was already worried about my grandfather never retiring, now at 85 he has no choice. This is not just rich people who lost their homes. People need to learn how to practice kapu aloha.

1:39:15 I agree, but Austen was partially right. All relationships - friendships or otherwise - require compromise over time. Austen offered alt options that don’t involve bars and was shut down. Craig can meet him in the middle if the relationship matters to him. If you approach a friendship like every time you evolve, everyone is removed from your life who doesn’t align, youll just be trading out relationships for the rest of your life. That’s pretty selfish - both people and their evolution matter.

About the Allison Holker case, Did you see the TMZ report exposing that the NDA was (only?) about pictures of the event. "It included an agreement to hand over any proceeds from interviews, books, articles or programs about him straight into Allison's pocket ... which is a pretty strong deterrent". So she positions herself to be the sole person that can discuss the life/death publicly. That is more than out of touch IMO
