Whenever my wife, mother in law and I go to the Philippines we take a ride service such as Uber because it's much cheaper than parking at the airport. We usually fly PAL but when we go in a few months I think that we will use a different airline because it's cheaper, several hundred dollars cheaper, for just taking a few hours more than the direct flight takes. We will probably fly from LAX to Japan or to South Korea and then to Manila depending on the total travel time and cost

I agree with you. Direct flights are really expensive that's why I flew with Singapore Air. Its budget friendly and they have a really nice airport. Good experience in deed.

You are correct the lowest that Singapore Airlines can offer you might be $800 depending on the airport of origin towards Manila. The lowest I've seen on SQ was $863 EWR-MNL saving of $937 over PR127 JFK-MNL

Hello po Miss jenny, Yes po strict sila sa baggage allowance. Sa experience ko sa Singapore Airlines sa Terminal 3 po ako nag landing and doon din ako Departure.

Kababayan ako Magkano ba ang binayad SQ LAX to Manila? Between these two which one would you take PR103/113 LAX-MNL or SQ37 to SQ912 since there will be a 1hr connection to SQ910 SIN-MNL. On the East Coast it's JFK SQ23/25 to SQ910 and SQ21 to SQ918 MNL

@@EMJ Ok then and how much is PR103/113 LAX-MNL when compared to SQ37 and SQ910/912 to MNL. For PR127 $1800 while SQ23/21 to SQ910/918 to MNL is either same price as PR127 or drop to $800

​@@JoyofRVingyou are correct too it also applies to Newark Airport/JFK with SQ being the Cheaper option although it shoots up to $2500 making it disadvantageous to Philippine Airlines PR127. If you are lucky SQ is $863 EWR-MNL
