City of fallen angels. That's why the walk of fame are stars on the ground. Why are the stars on the ground? Because they symbolize= fallen stars. And why? Because the original usage of stars was angels. Also that's why the paramount logo is the stars falling onto the mountain. The mountain = mount herod. So they are literally showing you in the logo before movies of the angels falling to herod. Also Hollywood is always mentioned as Hollywood magic. Witches and warlocks do magic. That young girl on the street who has only been at it for 6 months seems so sweet and hopeful. The streets haven’t broken her down yet and I hope she gets out before they truly do. @@roastnut yes sometime around 2016/17 I stopped going as well. I truly believe social media has a lot to do with it also. Honestly, don't waste your time trying to see if it's improved, I assure you, it's only gotten worse.
@WhipItSBreezy5 ай бұрын
Born and raised LA native here for 25+ years, LA has without a doubt gotten a WHOLE LOT worse. It's an everyday thing. Groceries cost most, rent cost more, hot days are hotter, cold days are colder, the constant showboating of the ultra wealthy in front of the generationally poor, etc. All of these things contribute to life feeling and looking worse over time. Vibes in general are pretty bleak unless you've got the cashflow to put you into happier environments. For the average Joe, it just doesn't cut it to live in LA and homelessness has gotten REALLY REALLY bad. Like a couple homeless on every single street bad. I can assure you it was NOT this bad 5-6 years ago and it's almost a lock to get worse in the near future. For the less financially fortunate (90% of all people), LA is just not enjoyable in any fashion.

I was born and raised in L.A. and spent most of my life there; the underbelly is definitely sick. I've seen so many people think they have what it takes to make music, art, movies, or whatever else and end up leaving broken. It's not just about talent, but realistically it's this massively closed off circuit to the public. You can make it, but only if you're already chosen to. Moving out there to showcase your talents actually isn't the right approach. If you want to be heard you don't go to the place where the most noise is being made, you just get drowned out. Build your base locally and online, showcase your talents without borders, then as you establish an audience perhaps the Hollywood you dream of will be in sight.

I went to Helsinki in 1982 and one night I didn't get into the youth hostel so I walked around all night. I didn't see a single person all night, except a hospital security guard and a guy standing in the window of an apartment about five stories up. It wasn't very exciting.

i grew up in lincoln heights area and always pass by figueroa and never realized these issues, I just knew that it was dangerous to go out. I was only outside when I had to go to school, but even so, I still felt unsafe, but I didn't know why I felt unsafe at that time.

I visited L.A in 2012, first days I’ve seen the glamour, next days I’ve seen poverty, lots of girls wondering the streets and crackheads. As an European coming from a 75,000 people town I started to love my country more, I also visited Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, Uk, Belgium, Bulgaria, Scotland, Italy and Slovenia, now I appreciate my small town more

Went to California for vacation and the weather is great and so is the food and the nature, but the city of LA felt eerie to me, you can feel something in the air that is troubling. Hard to describe unless you go there, but it's impossible not to feel it.

Yep, it's called evil. If you're sensitive, you can feel it. Parts of Washington DC, New York, Chicago and other cities have to the same eerie, dark vibe. Stay away from those places.

@@dcctwinmomyes, I agree. I felt the same eerie vibe in Chicago and LA. It’s funny how I don’t have any desire to go to the other places you mentioned. Almost like I’m being protected.

I felt it when I visited LA in 2018. I’ve had zero desire to go back since. I also felt that “weird vibe” when I stayed at a beach house in Clearwater, Florida in 2019. Again, I don’t want to visit Florida again anytime soon. My ideal vacation these days is staying in a cabin in the mountains. Ain’t nothing better than sitting in a silent, cozy cabin with a log fire going while it snows outside.

Look I know this is sad to say, but there’s a chance that Jason doesn’t want to see his mom. We don’t know the situation of why Jason’s mom is on the street, and if Jason even wants to be found. All in all, actions created in good faith can be a detriment to those involved.

The whole Country. . We are right now experiencing some of God’s judgement as a results of rejecting Him. Schools, government offices, etc have all kicked God out and we are now seeing the fruits of that labor. . The USA was built on the Principles of Christianity and has gone down so bad that it is now on it’s way to the Pit of hell.
