I imagine Blitz is singing about how he's on Stolas's leash due to how much Stolas wants to have sex with him, and Beelzebub is (probably) associated with Verosika through her boyfriend, Vortex, due to Vortex working for Verosika, with Verosika being mean-spirited, which is, of course, something Beelzebub doesn't tolerate (except in Loona's case), and Bee sings about how she feels AS IF (but not really) she sold her soul to Verosika, and Bee doesn't like how her boyfriend works for such a MEAN girl. That's what and who I imagine Blitz and Beelzebub are singing about here. If you imagine the context of the song cover this way, it actually makes perfect sense.
