Nice man i run a 4092 rocket 1650kv in my 1/8 redcat be6s it's a beast! Never had a problem with surpass hobby motors or esc i also have a 150a surpass esc and it's awesome never had a prob either built in hv bec tons of program options

If you back you light colours with white before adding any dark colours they will stand out brighter. I learned this because I paint all my cars in a bright yellow and red.

I love your mate! For past few hours i was making a concept in my head about converting my 5ive to brushless and was wondering if i can fit the esc behind the mototr with TLR conversion. When i gave up and went to youtube subscriptions for shits and giggles got new vid from you with my answer :D Tho can you do little something for me? can you measure max possible battery size that can fit these mounts? Also if i might have a suggestion for you, keep the mechanical brakes when car uses the motor to stop it generates alot of energy and converts it to heat to decipate it(probably spelled that wrong) so you can turn off the brakes on your esc and use mechanical to keep the temperature lower :D

Also does max5 come with any temperature sensor port/cable for dedicated hw motor? Last thing what have you used to mount esc and did you need any drilling for the kit?

If u left the fan shroud whole and didn't put that horrible starter on u would have had plenty of airflow across the cylinder the way it was designed by the manufacturer of the engine. U r your own worst enemy
