The Front Diff housing comes in 3 pieces. To remove the front diff you only need to remove the six screws on the face plate of the front diff housing, and the 2 collet screws that attach the sway bar to the arm. No need to remove the bottom cap head screws...

Really?! Oh wow, I didn't think that worked. Thanks! I found the rear to be more difficult to remove. Let me know if you know any tricks for that too
