Thank you, Thank you, Thank you again brother now that you have given me the idea and example of how to apply an engine of this caliber for this model. Now I will place orders to mount it in mine too, but first I wanted to ask you, do you use a starter kit to start it with that type of flywheel or do you use something else? obviously given the assembly of that engine, the manifold and exhaust are a somewhat ambiguous part because you have to find the right measurements.

I have the Kyosho starter box, I will be breaking it in soon and It will be on here but you don't necessarily have to use the Traxxas flywheel, just a cheap 1/8 three shoe clutch flywheel will probably work, because if you use the Traxxas you will have to use the FW06 clutch shoe, because the Traxxas carbon shoes won't stay on the pins because the clutch bell is too deep, but the spring on the FW06 ones will hold on the clutch nut

Yea and the Exhaust is another headache, I bought this one on eBay it's RC black tuned pipe and I still had to bend the header because it was rubbing the tire

I would keep the composite shoes. Keeps the cb in good shape

I couldn't, I wanted to but they would come off the pins cause the clutch bell is too deep

The stock flywheel is heavy prob the heaviest I've ever seen in a 10 scale I think I ended up modding the hpi bullet series flywheel but the stock fw06 clutch shoes are ridiculous I got years of running on them ND there still great

She’s going to be a powerhouse 💯 Looking Good - HPI made a right side header for rear exhaust engines (86162). Check it out and see if it will help with your build Thanks for the fun Touring Vid 🩷
