I have the old castle 2028s motor rated 12s on mine it will take care of any overheating issues you might have ,and i run 2 with 2 max4s

Thanks for the info, but i switched out my motor months ago to a HW 650Kv and geared up.. no heat issues and it performs much better. Check out my latest vids on this build.

I hear people say that the Losi 5B is in a totally different class than the dbxl 2.0 what would you say to that would you say to that? Of course you know I'm talking electric cuz that's all I do either.

Honestly bro, it depends on how you run your rigs, if your a heavy basher, speed runner or freestyle , you cant go wrong with either. 5B out the box is more heavy duty and geared for racing, the dbxle to me is a freestyle basher, its universal. Both of mine are geared for topend speed on 12s. If you modify a dbxle it can be just as good if not better than the 5B. 5B are higher commodity because they are discontinued.. but them shits the same bro lmao.

@@MrMeDos holy crap! That thing roosts!! ❤️ My xrt 1100kv is a beast, but this thing wow. I have a DBXLE. It's easier to drive. Long wheel base. I can't keep the front wheels on the ground hardly with the xrt. I need to figure out gearing I guess. It's scary fast I was jumping my DBXLE a few weeks ago straight at me basically just off to the side. The vmc corrected and shot it straight at me wide open. I had no chance of moving. It jumped about 20' and hit me below the knee. Lots of blood. Knocked me on my ass. I thought I broke my leg and wrist. Little kids were screaming bloody murder 😂 Could barely walk for a week. My hip and back messed up too. That thing is a beast. I love it. The DBXLE, xrt, super Baja Rey and the Asuga are my fave ATM. I have 14 cars. Cheers man!
