My next rc for sure. Thankfully I live on the outskirts of Las Vegas, a 5 minute walk and its desert for miles. My Losi SRR has taken quite a beating out there but after $700+ in upgrades, it can take the abuse. Hopefully this thing is a bit more durable.

Dear those in charge of the Losi company, I have a model dbxle 2.0, and after using the model with a short period of lighting, smoke came out of it and there was a clear rise in temperature, what is the reason, was the type of batteries I used to use two Gens 7200 mah batteries 4S My impression on the model is very cool, very losi creative company from the 1980s I started. You can run it with paddle tires all the way around, but the rib front gives it more of an authentic sand car look. Also, it doesn't throw sand inside the car as bad when you are turning on throttle.

I've been looking at getting a Losi DBXL-E - Yes, I said the "E" because I'd prefer cleaner, more reliable and neck breaking fast off the line (sorry gas heads). My hesitation has been and continues to be the price tag of this thing. Someone else echo'd my sentiments in comparison to what you can get with an XMAXX. I have one of those and they are durable as hell - a monster in it's own right. However, I'm attracted to the nimbleness of a buggy and lower center of gravity - way better to jump. If this was $899.99, I wouldn't even hesitate. One more criticism - I feel the video was poorly done. Please more specifics, more video of application without so much slo-mo, and multiple environments as we all don't live next to the desert (yes, I know it's a "desert" buggy, but I can't imagine you're only demographic is 7 states).

Go look at what the xmaxx has to offer in options and then go look at was this has to offer. Xmaxx a 1/7, this is 1/5. The new tech in this makes up the 200.00 price difference. Both are wonderful vehicles. This just has more options and features.
