I've never owned anything serious when it comes to RC cars but I can't believe I'm about to spend $600 on my first ha. Ive always wanted a legit RC Monster Truck. Now I just have to decided on which Digger to get 🙃

I was never interested in solid axle MTs before this dropped. More of an xmaxx erevo guy but those need space and this looks like a killer backyard basher. Couple obstacles and could have a lot of fun with quick afterwork bash sessions in the backyard.

@@jjm2948 plus these things seem to boost smaller obstacles at slower speeds. Hopefully that means way less breakage and repair time compared to my current 1 to 1 run to repair time on my bashers. If these were in stock, I would likely have ordered one already.

I love the way you cn keep the attitude after a jump with very little torque roll side to side it seems to be very scale feeling on 2s

Finally i just got one today. For so long this channel has been my go to for MT trucks like this.😊I just dnt like the upgrade u had to do or even costomize one to get in the game.... Weight had been my factor. If its too plasticky then its a no no for meh...

in any class imo. the higher powered ones most can't control properly anyway. for racing most club courses I would run 2S and only use 3S for freestyle stunts

@@redbeardron5967 ya they nails the suspension. they have the shocks settling into the travel close to half way and proper dampening. Most people who build trucks even like the SMT10 have no clue how to set up a suspension. once batteries and electronics are in and you drop the truck from about a foot it should SETTLE at least close to 1/2 way through the shock travel. most the shocks are not compressed at all. NO vehicle handles right that way not even real vehicles. jack up a real car or truck and watch the suspension drop out before the tires come off ground. why people don't get this is beyond me but I came from an offroad RC race back ground. I watched a video of the Anderson boys drop the trucks and they did not bounce back up they settled. these things are legit!

@@leesamuelson losi is now going to be the king of solid axle.... lets hope the other companies step up for some competition, i just said 2s stock because the most fun i ever had racing was stock class short course. races always so close and competition was all on the driver and not how much money they put into gear.

@@redbeardron5967 yup!! funny story--- back in the 90s when I raced Offroad RC stadium trucks I was at a little indoor track. I just won the STOCK A main and took the same truck and put it down on the track for the Modified A main that followed right after. same battery even. guess what by stock truck WON that too lol. so depending on the track a stock motor can be as fast lol

The only criticism I can say is that it won’t do cyclones unless you are on ice. Or make the truck a little longer I want one

I kinda wished that the center differential and all wasn't sticking out of the side of the chassis like that. Wish it was more concealed within the chassis. The 1st thing I'd do is put the J Concepts wheels and tires on it.

just looking at it without the body the chassis and all the mismatched parts make it look messy, the body looks to big, if the composite materials are the same as what they use on their 1/10th racing buggies it will be stiff but to brittle, why are they using universal joints instead of CVDs in the front, even dog bones would of been smother, why did they bother adding a realistic looking fuel cell in the back when the rest of it looks how it looks, the large inside wheel diameter, surely they could of done somthing different and avoid it looking like it has large SC wheels, this also means you cant use any other current monster truck wheel options

I don't know but to me the axial grave digger looks more like a real monster truck with the tube style chassis and the axles and the tires
