Yeah, the Mini-T 2.0's tires are primarily suitable for clay and carpet, not loose dirt. You'll want to get the step pins for dirt.

Howdy. Yeah you could pick it up as a 1st hobby grade rc but since all the pieces are super small I would actually tell you to look at a Traxxas Slash, Stampede, Rustler or Bandit as a 1st hobby grade rc. These are larger 1/10 scale cars that are easy to work on and parts availability is great! Hope this helps!

Hey, very interesting video !! I ask, is it normal that my new Mini t 2.0 is leaking a film of oil from the left side of the gear box?and it should be grease anyway! Not oil ...?

I would clean it up and check that all your screws are tight. Run it and check again.

You would have fun with this one for sure. Part support is good and hop ups are bountiful....just sometimes hop ups are out of stock because this little truck is all about the hop ups.

Hey Big! Yes you will need a new receiver and radio to this hobbywing set-up. Th anniversary edition comes with their all in one esc/receiver so you would be all set there. Hope this helps!

Fog City RC yes , i have the long bar type that fits my latrax rally and rc18r and their all 1/18 scale but this losi will not make my batteries fit, i like mines because bigger mah like 2200mah at 20c which means longer run time

I have one of these as well with the 7800kv Hobbywing EZrun kit and it rips. Only issue i have is with the tires. no traction. would like to find some that are a tad larger also if you have any ideas

Hey Lee. Yeah totally agree about the stock tires. Great on pavement, probably really good on carpet but real bad on dirt. I just ordered these....LOSB1890 I hope they help in the dirt which im sure they will. Grab them from Amain or Horizon. Cheers!
