Personally I wouldn't run that tape near the mount holes as it will make the holes more prone to tear out like his in this vid, just my opinion tho.

How do you stop from destroying tires I have trash 3 already. When I get on the gas the right front comes off the ground and blow out

I personally haven't had that issue, something that may help is puttin heavier oil in the front and center differentials👍🏻

Derrick, I just asked Hassin this question, but do you get the tire rubbing on the front wheel well edges? Not just on the inside rubbing off the paint, but my wheels are thrashing the wheel well edges causing jagged edges to form and I think you may be having the same issue, but going on longer causing it to cut through the wheels?

Well I took my front differential out and I'm going to put a heavy weight oil into slow down the wheel speed and I'm going to put a heavy weight shock oil in the back shocks and maybe that will help with my original problem

@@derrickjones3113 That should definitely help! I recommend putting heavier oil in the front shocks as well, I believe Im running 65 front/55 rear.

Take your tyre off the rims and duct/gorilla tape the inside of them, will stop them from ballooning ive done it to mine amd run it on 8s

That’s a lot of damage. My SBR is a shelf queen (albeit a large shelf) as are all my r/c trucks I have this big of an investment in.

Thanks for the video. I run mine similar to yours in that I run in loose sand, mainly at the beach (lots of cleaning and WD-40 afterwards). This really helps me see how others pushing it harder are dealing with the breaks and wear/tear. QUESTION: Do you have an issue with the front tires rubbing on the wheel well edges (not just inside, but on the edge)?

Yes! Still on the original set of tires and they are holding up great. Most of my running is on loose, sandy terrain.

I just wish it came stock like the udr. I mean the suspension drop. When it jumps the drop out in the rear is so minimal. Even redcat got it right with their suspension.
