I think its wise to look for sneaks when you retrieve your car from bushes after a crash. You did a great job on this video keeping the car in frame. Thanks for sharing and hitting it hard. This really helps others that might want to buy a Tenacity. Breaking a rod end is not so bad. I would imagine you could upgrade to something stronger but really a minor inconvenience. 👍👍

Thank you for watching!! I haven’t broke anything beside a tow link.. the only problem I had was my plugs into my receiver would come out after a big jump… was a weird problem.. but I just shoved it in harder and it’s been fine since. Yes this is a fun spot..

That grinding noise sounds really bad. I assume it is the same issue as people are getting with the tenacity lasernut, similar chassis and components. The centre diff rubs itself apart, to fix it you'll have to take it apart and put it back together really tight and use some 100k+ diff oil and maybe a silicone earplug to tighten it up.

Thanks for sharing this info. I really like the Tenacity and Lasernut but worry about durability. I really had my eye on the Lasernut but when I went to the hobby store to inquire about ordering one they said "you really don't want one. The last 5 we sold had major issues and had to be sent back." Although that statement seems odd because I don't see that may complaints from people that own them.

Took it out again today and had major issues.. the electronics are faulty.. I have a case open with horizon.. we shall see.. I’ll post my video on it after I edit
