It's just a shame that you don't hear from his ex wife anymore about whether she was sorry and so on. $ 1.2 million net profit ? Really ? What did they server ? $ 500 /- a plate fundraisers? How many even 5 star restaurants can manage that ? Even a turnover of that level would be difficult. Simple math would require the place to make net profit of $ 40,000 per day. Even considering 50% net profit on billing amount you are talking $ 80,000 daily billing. You are talking $ 100/- per person and serving 800 meals. Really ? I doubt even average McDonald or Pizza Hut outlets manage such numbers of clients.
