it won't be 6 pounds of fat though, half of that will have been water. Always quick at the start. Just so you don't expect that sort of rapid loss all the time. But you're doing great, keep it up x

Hello. The mannequin could be called Rose, as she is covered in pink roses, and rose is also French for pink. I use polystyrene heads and my two half mannequins for when I am making and displaying papier mâché headpieces, though I have noticed how loose they are without a wig on first. Thay minion hat is brilliant, and I am guessing that Mr. Grinch may be next ? As always, luv, hugs and healing energy to you and your lived ones. 🤗

Just Pasta and cheese?😮 Each to their own but That dish was crying out for some nutrition maybe finely cut up some spinach or small amount of finely chopped broccoli? add some diced protein? Stir in a spoonful of Philadelphia cheese to give some sauce ?… I use a small amount of spinach instead of lettuce in sandwiches
