This is a catch 22 situation for anyone on sponsorship, it is one of the mosy restrictive situation any migrant can be in .i wish this oerson luck with finding another job soon..my advice is plan ahead of probation your deliveryand make sure your first few weeks you are making impact

Can a person switch over to dependent visa if for example he has his spouse who probably works another job like a nurse who gained entry as a skilled worker

What if you get on the skilled worker visa from student visa. Will you be able to get on the graduate visa if your skilled worker visa is revoked

One of the requirements to qualify for a graduate visa is you must have a valid tier 4/ student visa. So the way forward is to find other alternative visa

But if your partner was on the psw visa while you on the skilled visa but loosed it. Can u switch back to under him?
