A while back me and some friends discussed if we could change anything about the Turtles, what would we change and I chose that I would change how Yoshi/Splinter finds the Turtles: Yoshi would walk through a park and see a pond where he sees a rat or racoon digging up what he thinks is a waterbird's nest and eating the eggs. Yoshi scares the animal away and could save four eggs which he and Shen decide to keep to hatch but discover they're not waterbirds but they are turtles. Shen eould be the one who names them but Yoshi would paint a dot to tell them apart until he and the turtles mutate

I love it the teenage mutant ninja turtles origin is amazing in the Tmnt mirage comic, the 1990 tmnt movie, tmnt 2003 cartoon followed the same origin tale but in the other incarnation of the turtles such as TMNT 2007 movie we already know the ninja turtles and idw Tmnt comics and Tmnt 2012 cartoon had different origin tales of it also I really liked the Tmnt and daredevil have the same origin story.🥷🥷🥷🥷🐢🐢🐢🐢🐀🥋👩💀🏒🧪🍕🍕🍕🍕

Why haven't the mirage incarnation continuity gotten a remasted comic book in the vein of how we got (frank millers batman year one legends of the dark knight or the long halloween & Dark Victory*) where it fleshes out batmans first years as the batman with an ensamble of super villains taking over mafia reign of crime that defines all these recent incarnations of batman movies and media. in all the years being a licensed game for Konami & ubisoft why hasn't there been a video game based on the classic mirage comics we got games based on all the animated incarnations such as the 87 toon, the 2003 show, the 2012 show, a composite of the 2012 show and idw comic, and two games based on the idw comic book continuity, now a last ronin game in the works but by pass the mirage source material? Or how bout a live action movie or TV series like (amc's the walking dead, the boys, kick ass, watchmen, v for vendetta, 300, sin city. *) How about an adult animated series like (HBOs Spawn, batman gotham knight companion piece to the nolan films, Amazon Prime invincible, harley quinn and poison ivy G4 marvel anime like blade wolverine and the xmen *) that allows the Turtles to actually use their weapons, in cool fight choreography with alcoholism, gore, and blood, show casing the turtles all wearing their red mask and go beat for beat the comic panels? I would love to see them utilize the characters exclusive to that continuity that has been never used to their full potential more often, than recycling the characters of the 1987 saturday morning cartoons playmates toys and archie adventures characters created out of the palladium RPG books transdimensional turtles like(Krang Dimension x, newtrinos, rock soilders, yellow jumpsuit news reporter April, Irma, Vernon, pizza junkie heroes in a halfshell and the mighty mutanimal mutagen gimmicks like bebop and rocksteady.*) they should expand more on the Mirage Shredder, develop his older brother Orroku Nagi along with, Tang shen, and Hamato yoshi love triangle than just being limited to a short backstory uncle ben or the waynes treatment to where they get skimmed over with every retelling or they are removed entirely, i would like to see development of the extra relatives of these major foot ninja Hamato Yoshi Tang Shen and the Orroku bros, like Hamato Hana seen in (vol4), Tang Amai seen in (big bang comics #10) as the head hunter was the original lady shredder also known as the mistress in (vol4), and the foot council who trained orroku saki to be a crime king pin of nyc. development for the original karai who was unrelated to the orrokus, had a daughter named Amaya killed by foot elite and karai was older than shredder and the jonin leader of the Japanese foot clan. development for the mirage foot clan, development for the original Baxter Stockman whos just a mad tycoon and a cyborg in those comics, development for the turtles forgotten allies like Shadow Jones Casey's adopted daughter, rapahels other human ally Lucindra, the turtles first human ally before they met april or casey in the story the passing Gosei Hattori, Renet the timestress and lord simultaneous, Raptarr, the vigilante Nobody, jahna, the mirage superman equivalent Radical akaRaven Shadowheart/ Hazel McIntyre who inspired Silver Sentry in the 2003 show, Complete Carnage, give development to the Purple Dragons and how Hunter Mason ruled nyc as its king pin and locked away before shredder came to power and fractured Casey Jones skull, the mirage equivalent of superheroes the justice force Stainless Steve zippy lad metal head battling Bernice dr. domeoid Fugitoid aka professor Honeycutt general blanque the galactic federation the triceratons, savanti romero, savanti julliet, the rat king, the river Leech mutant and old man river, abanak, the little boy Chet who bought the turtles from the pet shop and ran into them when he grew up to work for the city being a plumber working in the sewers where he dropped the turtles terrarium over the storm drain etc etc? Alternate stories like the souls winter comic by Michael zuli of puma blues ac farley or Mark bode and rick Arthur etc etc.

@T-M-N-T last ronin doesn't have enough world building to begin with and it replaces them with a new generation of tmnt I would rather a studio develop a mirage comic tripple A game where you can switch the skins out from different iterations of tmnt or buy an expansion last ronin dlc skins and play a dlc package that adapts the story like rocksteadys Arkham Knight dlc with killer croc mr freeze and ras al ghul or you can play robin and batgirl side story or insomniac spiderman ps4 dlc with the magia Silver label screwball and hammer head than a game entirely on that new comic.

not only did the same sludge mutate the turtles and blind Matt Murdock. Daredevil fights the hand. The turtles fight the foot. Master Splinter is absolutely inspired by Stick. Eastman and Laird have both admitted to this but, they have also noted that Turtles were also inspired by X-Men. I am curious though. The FoX X-Men were subtly addressing the state of being gay in modern America. Aside from that one saturday morning special where Michealangelo told you not to do drugs, I cant ever remember the Turtles being used in such a manner, to make a statement about the modern state of society, and while I hope it stays that way, I am curious if Eastman and Laird also have similar thoughts about keeping the turtles out of social commentary.

The 87 version had it wrong. In that version Splinter was always human. But the 2k3 version did it right.
