It wouldn’t be spraying at all if not for the crack? I’ve got a buddies 350 sxf in my garage it is doing the exact same thing. Unfortunately after I removed the fuel pump and filter I can’t find the crack but it was spraying everywhere when about half full, I’m a 2 stroke guy not sure about these fuel injected bikes didn’t know if it always sprays or if it shouldn’t at all.

I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t be spraying at all. Once I fixed mine it completely stopped. I would definitely try to narrow down where the spray is coming from and then replace that part.

I dont suppose the sxf could have this problem, with it having a 1.9 gallon tank? I dont know for a fact or not if the fuel lump is in it. Im having a serious bogging/delay sometimes when going from idle to wide open throttle/mostly WOT.

I think the fuel pump is inside the tank for the sxf models. As long as it has a fuel pump, it should have a fuel filter somewhere. I was also having trouble going from idle to wide open. It sputtered a lot too. If you haven’t changed the fuel filter in a while then I think it’s worth a shot.

I had to do similar repairs to my sons 350 sfx 2017. The other part you had trouble finding location is a second filter. If you look at the black body of the pump you can un clip it and slide it off and access another filter. I also tied some wire to body before feeding into tank, it helped pull it back in. Another tip check the connectors are not loose from external to internal on connection this can cause issues. I have made up a test gauge to check pressure to carb, should be approx 50 psi.
