I was able to get my grocery list down to $160 per week for a family of 4. 🙌🏽

yikes! their budget is really tight. if i were them, i'd cut off the subscriptions too. also, no fun, travel, and dining spending at all. look at other insurances that are cheaper. so glad i paid off my student loans during the pandemic. took advantage of the 0% interest rate.

So much here that can be dialed down, especially with that income. If you can eat out, you can become a coupon saving queen while baby is sleeping and cook at home (make sandwiches). That is a massive car payment and car insurance.

Tight budget for sure. I'd guess that Verizon may be their internet, not their phone bill. I think it's huge progress that they've even written this down, though -- having this information is a great start!

PECO (usually said Pee-Co) is electricity in Pennsylvania
@C_Beaty Жыл бұрын
PECO is an electric utility, and I'm betting Verizon is their internet (FiOS).

Philadelphia you need 2 incomes and people here are obsessed with eating outside the home.

Is that water bill a month? I thought they usually did it every three months. I don’t know because I live somewhere where it’s included in my rent and it’s usually about $40
@amielawson83448 ай бұрын
The Verizon could be their internet bill.

I have to watch that video yet, but with my credit in low 600s, 3 vehicle events, and I was quoted $172/ month to have $0 deductible for comprehensive. That was the lowest i could get of 4 companies lol

I have a 750ish credit score, 0 incidents on my driving record and yet my insurance is still 150$ for comprehensive(and thats with deductibles).a lot of the cost depends on location. Where I live we have the highest car insurance rates in the country(or one of them) so no matter how well I take care of my record and how safe my car is I will be paying due to the high accidents in my area.

Let me get this straight, they want a new house, pay off student loans and pay for a child on one income!! The word stupid is reserved for certain people, like this!
