Speaking from experience, you go from a very strict regimen as a high level athlete most of your life, to a broken body that doesn't let you perform close to that level anymore and a slowing metabolism as you get older. When Gina was fired, I remember. I was shocked that her tweet was taken like it was. The point of the tweet was absolutely valid. We could all see how your neighbor would turn on you in a second. Calling the cops over you having company or singing happy birthday!! If you remember that one going around. When Gina was fired millions of people that watched Disney saw them differently after that and thier product became worse.
