Lost And Found My Most Expensive Combo! w/ VanStall VR50B!

Yesterday, I was fishing my way down the beach with, and then I looked up and said "where is my other combo?" I had strapped it to my backpack, but now when I looked back, I didn't see it there! This turned into about an hour+ of searching the beach to try and find it. You'll never guess where it was!

Haha! That would have been poetry 😂. I honestly would have been so sad to catch my first halibut on a natural beach in slo county that way. I stopped targeting halibut on these beaches. I’m looking for a new game out here man. But I’m curious to try some stuff I’ve never tried before like combing the sandy stretch’s between the reefs with a Jerkbait just to see what happens. I think the fish I lost at the beginning of this video was probably a grassy rockfish.
