Love ur content loteng. I have some mana issues with drizzle. Is this a gear set issue or?

It seems like Drizzle's mana issue is an inherent problem with the character itself. Before the T skill was added, Drizzle didn't need to eat mana food, but now due to the T skill, Drizzle needs mana food because of the mana shortage

I didn't know my Drizzle was that fast. I think my speed is about the same in t3 and t4
