can portal cleanse the whole party for g1 stagger mech?

the portal remove only 1 debuff and its the latest debuff so if the cleanse debuff isnt the latest it can fail but you could combine it with sacred charm to be sure to cleanse the entire party (also make sure they are stack together tho)
