Just wait till you do all the stuff he said and you hit a brick wall because your honing failed a lot and you are out of shards. Lucky people got to Tier 2 in two days, if you get unlucky all you can do is farm chaos/guardians for two weeks to maybe get to the required iLvl to go to Yorn (Tier 2 content). But you can also cash in to skip the two weeks. I hate that he is simping so hard without criticizing obvious flaws the game has.

The spreadsheet of Islands that you have reposted a few times is great, I added a copy to my drive, as the original has too many viewers at all times. the advice about peyto and pirate coins early was also great. i was stuck for research in my stronghold and then watched some of your videos, and now i am unstuck. :) i am taking my time, not fully done story yet, but enjoying the game more than i expected!

On Lullaby island though, you need to do the quest x3 times! And there is a 2 hour gap between each time you can do the quest as that's how often it opens. So it takes at minimum 6 hours! Also, make sure you use the list on the left of the screen to see what time it starts. If you go to the island and hover the mouse over the icon on the mini map, it will be off by 1 hour ( I wasted 4 hours trying to figure out what I and many others were doing wrong! Thank to a reddit thread I found I got back on track )
