What the drummer does is exactly what Ringo doesn't do. Giving strength on the obvious. Ringo prefers a soft thing on the obvious and strength on the not so obvious, which makes a balanced and sophisticated drumming

It must be so much fun playing with these crumbs the Beatles left behind. It always looks like your having fun! I also love experimtation (even with a toothbrush). So many seem afraid of making unpleasant sounds but the Beatles were not like that. I am glad you guys aren't either...

It's actually an incredible riff. I'd love to see you go back to this and keep it purer to The Beatles. The balloon thing was cool but it was too far away from anything they would have done. It sounded like 1970s cop show chase scene music with a whiney Korg synth over guitars, drums and bass. Or maybe just Sabotage by the Beastie Boys. I love your channel and interpretations and ideas but feel like there were greater possibilities here. All said with love.

I don't know... They experimented with sound effects, backwards effects, tape loops etc. which was edgy at the time. They might have given the balloon toothbrush a go in a parallel universe somewhere. I got a Radiohead feel from this.

Isn't this a variation of the Come Together riff but faster? Also in my opinion, I don't think the balloon fits, interesting sound though for something else but not on this track. No hate, love what you guys do btw.

This riff reminds me of some early Beatles stuff I heard a live version of. But I don't know the lyrics or the name of the song. I can recall the beginning of the line, which sounded like "Oh my" and the end of the refrain, "Oh - ho - ho - ho". Sorry, I'm no musician, just a fan.

Meh. The riffs all right. I mean, it's better than anything I could have ever come up with because I don't play music let alone being a brilliant musician like the Beatles . But I think there's a reason they left this one on the cutting room floor so to speak. It's just all right. The balloon thing was weird and kind of dumb. I'm all for weird stuff that is interesting but this isn't. But beyond that, it's an all right riff. I'm sure that the Beatles could have probably come up with something really cool to go around it and maybe it would have become a classic. But the riff is just so so
