Something occurred to me watching this vid. What is the ratio of layman vehicles-limo's and taxis on New York streets? I ask because no one in this vid seems to give a rat's rear about car travel and yet the towers still grow. And there is a garden or plaza on every path. As the Germans would say, and I am in deep respect of their means of city growth, Wunderbar(no Google translate).
