Thanks for sharing your experience with the Finnigan. You've got a nice patina on your wallet there. I feel the same as you do. I bought a Correa Creatives Model 3, which is similar to the Houbei with the dividers, and It's just too much fabric for me. I want as minimalist as possible, and the Finnigan seems to fit the bill. I was tempted to get a Ridge, but I like the feel of leather. I also appreciate you showing how you can slip a card under the flap. I subscribed.

I would def recommend finnigan or even thin fin (I'm currently testing). I tried a ridge knockoff and its kind of pain to use and not comfy having metal plate in pocket. The Russet color patinas really nice.

Shame it doesn’t have a quick access slot on the back. I HATE having to opening to access my most used daily card / s.

Ordered one last week. Asked Nathan if he could cut a quick access slot on the back. Hasn't responded but hopefully he does.

I don’t like the Russet on their page but here looks decent. Is the light affecting the colour? Would love to see it now.

Russet is my fav, looks very tan and i think shows the most patina. I dont have this wallet anymore gave away. but one of my vides I show 3 russets next to each other to show them aging.

Not on this one. Its all natural. On some of my other I soaked in hot water to try and shrink. So after dry out I bring back to life with Leather Honey.
