A very nice concise talk. I've only been to one "world's fair" type of place, which was MAN AND HIS WORLD in Montreal in 1969. It was a wonderful experience I've never forgotten. Interesting to me about the Texas Centennial Fairgrounds is that friends of mine made a futuristic cience fiction movie in 1959 that was shot in one of the Fairground buildings. Big sets were erected and filmed there (though many people seem to think that the Fairgrounds had hosted some kind of futuristic exhibit that the "Hollywood people" just filmed as such as the background for their story (well, apparently a few modernistic items from the building were used, but not the sets themselves.) Thanks for the commentary and appreciation. I'm glad that some of the buildings are being maintained and/or being repaired. Good wishes!
