Hi steve, I've been staying in qwara when i visit for the last 19years stayed at santana,Dolmen and the new sea view go and have breakfast at the bell they also do a rate good Sunday dinner in Malta now as i write this.Seen a lot of changes in this area,cant believe that i have not bumped into you yet.Keep up the great content steve and have a good Christmas. 😊 Heard dolmen is going to be a Hilton hotel when it reopens after the refurb.

Englishman that peace of land as been like that for years, the Santana hotel is nice I've stayed there a few times, the big car park there gets very busy. Also you walked past the old hotel the palm Court, which are apartments now. Your vlogs make me miss the place.

Always enjoy walking around with you, pleased to see a lot of the work that was going on in April and May is now finished and looking a bit more tidy. As you said all built up high now, like you when we visited it was only houses and a handful of hotels in Bugibba only. Hope had a good time in uk/France and thanks Steve for the video enjoyed it. 😊👍🇲🇹

Stayed at the posh hotel when it was the suncreast wasn't impressed,and stayed at the Gilliru enjoyed that hotel in St Paul's. Enjoyed the walk around unbelievable how much building work is going on you lost me for a while then I recognised the back and side of the Qwara Palace nice one Steve 👍

We came to Malta in August this year and stayed at that hotel I absolutely loved the place the stuff with superb the food or superb is even got a rooftop pool and the views were amazing were amazing we will definitely be coming back great video

Hi,all confirmed and Boarding passes uploaded onto my phone. Fly into Malta on the 22nd December. Stopping once again at the Perluna Hotel Sliema as last year. Not sure about others but I find the hotel pleasent and the staff cheerful and helpful. You once said that you would see about doing a walk round / review of the plae but not seen anything yet. Now that Qawra is not all screened in anymore will have to take a hobble around the place. Been absolute years since I was there last. Nice to see you back in Malta.

It's a shame we missed you, we returned home yest, were delayed about an hour because of the storm. We stayed at The Seaview, they said a lot of people have stayed because of your video, it is a lovely hotel & the staff are wonderful. We were disappointed with Buggiba though, like you said lots of building work & rubbish. We have stayed at that ll Pallazzin, it was ok but it was about 11 years ago. We visited The Citadel in Gozo, it would make a good video if you're over there sometime. Steve & Julie

Regarding new buildings in St Pauls. Flats can be up to 7 stories high any higher it needs to be a hotel or Aprt hotel The new block by Bugibba square the ones next to the sqaure are 9 high and will be a hotel. The adjoining block 7 high will be apartments.

A WALK AROUND "UNITED NATIONS OF QAWRA" 🌏 😊. It does look like a concrete jungle now 🏢 🏢 🏢.. Last time I looked, that area was beautiful farming 🐑 🐔 🐮 and good agricultural land 🍅 🌿 🍆. "HOTEL ODYCY" 🏩 does look posh Steve. I'm amazed at the, "quality" of hotels in Qawra & Bugibba! 😲. ("Palazzin"🇲🇹 = small palace 🇬🇧 ) THANKS Steve 🚶 🎥 👏. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ™

Yes it does look very tired these days. I've been going over 14 years and it does make you wonder quite what they spend the 50c/night capped at €5 environment tax they receive on. Certainly NOT on making the place look spick and span! Ill Palazin Hotel is a very nice family owned hotel . Had the pleasure of staying for about a week a good few years ago. Really nice rooms etc. A hidden gem, you might say. Hotels have stayed in, more than once: The Topaz. Excellent value for money, but a stroll to the front. The Canifor. Basic. Does the job. Rooms tired though. Primera (stayed 3x this year alone). Great value. In the square so near to everything. Can be noisy though. Euroclub. Bit like the Primera in many ways. Functional (just!). Santana. High end for me. Nice. And central. Soreda. Again, bit like the Santana. Dog friendly these days though 🙄. Bella Vista. Worse of the lot. Miles away from main area along dangerous paths roadside. Avoid at all costs. Are a few others but final word to The Bugibba Hotel, now long closed. But that was fun ...only those that have stayed will know what I mean! Am going on 17th December for my Christmas escape. Go most years. Am in the Relax Inn this time. Next to Primera in the square. Am already snaky about it, I hear they charge €2.50 a day to use the safe . Now that's a scam!
