Who the hell gave this a thumbs down?! This is fantastic!
@AvengerII8 жыл бұрын
Thumbs Down Crowd = People who don't like to read, people who like to share their misery with the rest of the world... You know, that 15% of the KZbin population that happens to be complete assholes, pricks, and whatever you call a miscreant. That's about 1 in 10,000 that comments on the model videos from what I see. If you want to see larger numbers of a-holes, just go on ANY of the political video discussions or the warbirds/war video discussions. Those are bad! It seems like the ratio for jerks rises as high as 1 in 2 on those boards. There's a time and a place for a thumbs down. These videos are NOT for thumbs-down. I give thumbs down myself to videos that are complete rip-offs of existing videos (no credit given to what they borrowed from) and videos with misleading titles which are a-plenty on KZbin as well.

@@B9M3 I am a Dr. Who fan and I give this 2 thumbs up. People underestimate this episode. It was to me the first outer space TV that had many practical effects that still look good today. The bubble creatures look way more real than most aliens in the 20th Century.

The sound effect at the 14:31 mark (the signal emitted by the derelict spacecraft) is used on the Science Channel's series "Egypt's Unexplained Files." You can hear it when the title screen comes on as they switch to commercial breaks. The pitch is slightly higher, though. I'm guessing it's from the same source but played back at a higher speed.

If you see the original episode at 36:44, after Don says "Roger", for those 4 seconds did anyone ever notice how the trumpet solo is very reminiscent of the music in "ALIEN"?
