I'm so impressed with everything RGG has done; releasing a new game worldwide with this much content only a year after releasing another in a new genre is a mad lad move. RGG has also perfected the Dragon Engine combat imo. Snake is so much fun and makes no hit runs much more doable in DE. The changes and additions to Crane are also very welcomed. Just loved this game to bits. 1,000 Tiger Drops out of 10.

I don't know why but that fight didn't seem nearly as hard as everyone else is saying. Of course, I took it as a challenge to beat the main boss before any of his ninja cronies. Once he was done, the cronies were basically an average assassin's creed (before AC3) enemy encounter (because of Tanimura's counters).

Ya this game is 100% god tier especially with the dlc extracts that give you temporary super powers.......my favorite is temporal zen that let's you basically time skip like hit from dbs for a few seconds when you dodge and my 2nd would be unyielding wave that's a kame wave blast you shoot right at enemies.......this game is dripping with top tier anime energy

Alright coming back to this video after finally beating Lost Judgment and I can say It might be the best game in the series right now for me Yakuza 7 is the best but Lost Judgment is battling for that spot hard but what I can say is that not only is the story amazing but the villain is the best in the series to keep it spoiler free as much as possible his motives and reasoning behind what he does is very justifiable and he's just a great character overall

I'm only on Chapter 3 and I'm already loving it. The combat is improved & faster, Snake style is as good as the other 2 styles, Yokohama is cool to explore again, hover/skateboarding is fun, gears/equipment included, new & old minigames improved, school story is interesting, and thank goodness NO MORE MORTAL WOUNDS almost everything is great. Despite the good stuff there some not so good like, why I carry 3 health items instead of 6, why shortcut only 1 item usage, why can I not still change my disguise during free time, why do the upgrades have to be more expensive, & the last I can think of is despite adding equipments why are there still no normal weapons like nunchucks & baton sticks, there was potential to add them in? I be mad if they're going to be added in as DLC. But it's getting good once I finish the game, I'll wait for the Kaito Case release & play as Kaito (obvious a reskin Y0 Kiryu in Dragon Engine). If you're making another How to Make Lost Judgment Better video looking forward for that.

Yeah unfortunately you still can't equip weapons but unlike the first game there's actually a lot more weapons scattered around the map and being able to disarm enemies to get a weapon off them is way better than the weapons obliterating when they hit the floor lol

Bro, this game is the fucking best of the series so far. It correctes (almost) all the flaws from 1 and enhanced the battle system. I'm just annoyed they reintroduced the climax battles in the guise of gauntlets, but iirc they're not necessary for the platinum (I hope so, because if some equipment is only obtainable through some battles, I'm gonna lose my shit lol) so I think that's a fine addition. I won't say anything else to keep this comment spoiler-free, but goddamn the story kept me hooked.

I have a PS4 and it runs way better than the first game oddly. The first game was amazing, a 9 out of 10 game but I could not help but be bothered by the heavy FPS drops. I remember that judgment had a text translation for spanish and italian, among other languages. Thats huge! Because new tons more people that cant speak english can experience this games without mods (back in 0 some chaps made a spanish translation, but since it was a mod, it was exclusive to pc)

I haven’t played this game yet but I played the first and it’s probably my second favourite in the series, with Yakuza 0 being the best. Most of the fan base agreed on 0 being the best but since this came out I’m seeing a lot of people saying this game is better than 0. That seems impossible to me, is it really that good? Now I’m even more hyped to play this.

0 probably has a better story, especially since it sets up the rest of the series really well given it's prequel status. Personally I PREFER the story of 0 over Lost Judgment but that's probably a bit more subjective TBH. Gameplay though? DAMN Lost Judgment is incredible. Genuinely I have the most fun just doing street fights over anything else. Everything flows so naturally and it's so insanely satisfying. I still wish you could use more weapons in Lost Judgment but they perfected the combat with this game and have nowhere to go but up. If you can play it it's definitely worth getting

@@SnowiestAngeman I had a blast for my first playthrough on hard, not gonna lie, but then it became a slog, the Monastery stuff really drags and you can't skip it if tou want to optimise, there was also too much of a good thing, there are like three seasons of slice of life anime in those supports alone, but since you unlock so many together it feels like playing lesss than average visual novel. And lastly since you can train any unit in any way the end squad especially in maddening is just a bunch of wyverns LOL. So first 120h were justified, the rest was not.

Same, I got judgment on my Series S and I'm pretty happy with it, it runs SO GOOD and SMOOTHLY. It makes me really sad that pc won't get to play this until later on if they ever release it, it's a pretty solid game

They pulled an FF7 Remake on us with the buttons. At least thankfully the HUD is quite minimal overall, especially when scaled at 4K

Yakuza 0, judgment, lost judgment are the best games in the franchise maybe yakuza 7 in there

I finally beat it recently and not hating but I think the story could've been a bit better. No spoilers, but mainly just didn't really pay off in the ending and ended too abruptly after the final fight. Revealing the bad guy could've been more satisfying like it was in Judgment, which I think has the better story. Even Yakuza like a dragon wrapped up so much more nicely than this. But I still enjoyed the game and the rest of the series.
