Great presentation Andrew. Jumping ahead 4 years, the Century Manor has be vandelized with graffiti with mold and decay all throughout the place. Sad

What a great video Andrew, I almost fell off my chair laughing when you didn't even slow down for the speed bumb in the beginning. Anyway so amazing to see this lost piece of Hamilton I knew very little about. I totally think it would be worth it to go back and Night and enter the building to see what it is really like inside! As for where the Barton building used to be all I saw was a Walmart shopping Trolley and all those bricks which were pretty cool to see where it once stood. Can't wait for your next video, this one was absolutely great! Keep up the good work!

Awesome video! We really enjoyed it- even though I never watch scary things! I never even knew this building existed, let a lone ant of its fascinating history. I’ll have to do a drive by one of these days!

I went here recently, and I did get in. Unfortunately I didn't have my equipment with me to film, but I will be going back. I enjoyed this video a lot, very informative!! There was another hospital not far from here, that was tore down a few years ago named Hamilton Sanatorium , which used to be a TB hospital. One building remains from there though, which operated as a child's day care for a while! Hamilton has quite the history! When I was inside Century Manor it felt creepy as hell, and there is asbestos everywhere, so wear a mask!

Thank you! Appreciate the comment. I know I’m always hearing of people getting inside the building. I’m hoping to do another video of us getting in there. And like you said, I’m sure it’s creepy as hell

There’s no possible way to get in, went there recently, about 3 of us and we found some randoms about 9 of them. We couldn’t get it everything was welded shut or bolted shut

It's not impossible, you just have to be extremely patient, I went to Mohawk college and was living inside of the residence close to century Manor and once or twice a week every week starting in November me and my friends went and checked it out to try and find an opening and after a while they started giving up but not me! And the persistence payed off on March 6th of this year when we found a peice of plywood broken off on the back left side of the building, once we climbed in the eerie feel of the building immediately hit, the natural decay of the building was astonishing if I could post pictures in the comment section I would. The basement was CREEPY oml the basement has a super long hallway going lengthwise in the building and lots of smaller rooms I would highly recommend watching a video on it

RyZe I live an hour away from here so I can’t really get here whenever. I’m thinking on bringing a tool hit and a crowbar to get in here... if that doesn’t work then power tools it is

Interesting - there's another facility that you might be interested in out in BC - River View Hospital and Colony Farms much the same history from the sounds of it.
